COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement executed this __________________________ at Makati

City, Metro Manila, by and between:

MA. ANGELINA DALMAN, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single, with

residence at Blk. 1, Lot 28, Sampaguita St., Paramount Village, Las Pinas
City, hereinafter referred to as the “PRIVATE COMPLAINANT.”

-and-

KRIS RYAN LERIN, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single with mailing
address c/o Meralco Business Center, Alabang-Zapote Road, Las Pinas,
City, hereinafter referred to as the “ACCUSED.”

WITNESSETH that –

WHEREAS, the PRIVATE COMPLAINANT instituted a criminal action

against the ACCUSED for alleged violation of Section 5(e) of Republic Act
No. 9262;

WHEREAS, the said criminal action is docketed as Criminal Case

No. 17-0560 in Branch 199 of The Regional Trial Court of Las Pinas City;

WHEREAS, the PRIVATE COMPLAINANT is no longer interested in

pursuing the foregoing criminal case to which she executed an affidavit
of desistance;

WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle their issues amicably and

wishes to avoid protracted litigation in the subject criminal case;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties

agree as follows:

1. The ACCUSED will provide for monthly support to the

PRIVATE COMPLAINANT in the amount of FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) which will be paid in a
manner convenient to the parties;

2. The PRIVATE COMPLAINANT shall issue a written receipt

upon receiving the monthly support;

3. In case of default by the ACCUSED, the PRIVATE

COMPLAINANT will refer the matter to ATTY. RONN
ROBBY D. ROSALES, who will serve as the parties’
mediator/conciliator/counselor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on

the date and place above written.
