Dear Sir / Madame,

I have recently got back from a weekend in your hotel. But it wasn't like your advertisement
announced.
Firstly, your brochure said that all rooms had private bathrooms, but unfortunately, the bathrooms
were shared.
Secondly, the food wasn't a really gourmet food, it was tasteless and overcooked.
On the other hand, I waited a fabulous sea view from my room. However, I only had the view of
the wall opposite.
And endly, your advertisement promised a friendly and helpful staff, but I only found people rather
rude.
Disappointingly, it wasn't the perfect weekend that I waited.
I would like to have an explanation about what it happened.
