Many project, such as construction of roadways, pipilines,
housing unit, and high rise buildings, involve considerable repetitive construction activities that performed at all stage of the project. Many researcher recognized the disadvantages of using traditional network technique for planning, schedulling, and monitoring such projects. Alternate approaches based on graphical, or on analytical techniques have been proposed to model repetitives project. This paper present a new approach called the repetitives project model (RPM) that models repetitive construction project. Its model incorporates a network, a graphical, and a analytical technique in a unified approach to model repetitive project. The selection of a specific quantity of resources for a construction activity determines the duration for the activity and associated direct cost. Allocating more resources at additional direct cost can decrease the duration of activity. As the output of this paper, the activity time cost curve is presented and the Linear Schedulling Method is illustrated by applying it to an actual 100 units of land housing project. The RPM finds the schedule for each activity will finish the project at a feasible duration and at a minimum project direct cost.
