Re: PICE Bulletin Board

Dear Sir:

Good Morning! I am Cardo Dalisay. I am a student of our college and a member of Philippine

Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE). In one of my subjects, we tackled about graphical

illustrations/charts and guidelines in making technical diagrams that’s easier for the readers to

understand.

Yesterday, while I was walking along our corridor, I have noticed that our bulletin board does not

have an organized organization chart. From what I learned from in making an organizational charts, I

made some revisions regarding our current bulletin board. Here are some alterations I have made:

 Organizational chart

 Placement of memos and announcements

 Some designs ideas
