Scope

The project calls for the construction of a nine storey

building that will consist of 600 apartments including
studios, one, two three bedroom dwellings with ample
parking areas. These uniquely designed apartments
will also include townhouses on the ground floor and
sky homes on the upper floor with some of them have
their own large private terrace and swimming pool.
The project is located in G04-A and G04-B in Masdar
City, Abu Dhabi.

Timeline

Jun 2018 It is understood that A&M International General Contracting LLC is the new main contractor for the project.
Construction works are underway.

Apr 2018 Site Technology is no longer involved in the project. Negotiations are ongoing for the new main
contractor.
 Feb 2018 Site Technology has been appointed as the main contractor for the project in January 2018. MEP,
readymix and glass & aluminium not yet finalized.

Dec 2017 Project status remains the same.

Dec 2017 The project is still under design.

Oct 2017 The project is still under design.

Aug 2017 The project is under design.
