PRASANTA SINGHA is the Founder, Owner and Director of Wedding Photography of
FOTOSUTRA - a Prasanta Singha cinemedia. He is from Kolkata, INDIA.

Ha had started photography from the year of 2010. And won many awards from
giants like National Geographic, Nikon, Sony, Epson. He is also a featured
photographer in “National Geographic Stock” and “Getty Images”. His image also
exhibited in LONDON by SONY World Photography Organisation and in MUMBAI at
INDIAN PHOTO FAIR by EPSON. Also Won NIKON ASIA 2011 Countdown Contest
and Photographic SALONS.

From the year 2011 he started Wedding Photography. Left his 15 years of IT Career
in the year of 2013 to follow his heart. And within a year of his wedding photography
career he became the Winner of “Canvera Better Photography WEDDING
PHOTOGRAPHER of The Year 2012 [Emotion Category ]”.

His Honesty, Love & extreme passion towards photography makes him different from
the crowd. He is truly a perfect “Memory Maker”.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT Terms & Schedule
1. 50% of the total assignment amount at the time of booking to block dates.

2. 40% of the total assignment amount on the beginning of shoot at venue positively.

3. 10% of the total assignment amount at the time of delivery of EDITED PHOTOS.

4. Payment by Cash or Bank Transfer only.

DELIVERY Terms & Schedule
1. Raw JPEG Photos will be delivered ON LOCATION Same day OR from office only at least after
ONE WEEK. 

[ *** Hard Disk to be brought to FOTOSUTRA OFFICE to collect RAW Photos ]

2. Photos to be EDITED would be selected by you and have to send it to us.

3. Edited Photos delivery at least after 15 weeks after receiving the selected photos.

4. Edited Photos would be delivered from OFFICE by clearing the FINAL PAYMENT.

5. If need to be courier then FINAL PAYMENT and COURIER CHARGES Extra to be paid before
delivery.

ALBUM Terms & Schedule
1. The Album Pictures would be selected by you and after selection to be written in a DVD
and to be couriered to us.

2. Album would be delivered within 30 days from the date of selected images received by
us.

3. Album Design is not changeable.

4. Album is Chargeable and PAYMENT to be done before PRINT ORDER.

5. Album COURIER CHARGES Rs 1000 Extra per Album if to be couriered.

OTHER Terms
1. Quotation valid for a month only. Beyond the validation period rates may be changed.

2. Advance amount non-refundable if cancellation from your end.

3. Changing of dates would be subject to the availability and to be RE-BOOKED.

4. Photographs are solely copyrighted to “FOTOSUTRA - a PRASANTA SINGHA cinemedia” and can be used for
Marketing purpose only like FACEBOOK, Other Photography Sites and Competitions.

5. Direct VIDEO Lights should not be used.

6. No humiliation to any members of FOTOSUTRA from client end will be entertained during shoot. In case of any
type of disrespect and humiliation the shooting will be stopped at instant.
