By issuing regular school sessions, the students should develop the four language skills (read, write,
listen, speak) to achieve results in the higher level of the European Framework.
Cultural exchange of our country, contact with young people both their profession and social levels.
Strengthen their pedagogical model. Perfect Spanish.

According to Colombian law, you must be registered under local health services, the cost is a monthly
payment of $90.000 COP ($45 USD) paid by the trainee.

Contract
This “Exchange Programme Job Questionnaire”, is considered a formal contract and
commitment between AIESEC and the organisation stated on this form. All parties should keep
an original copy with signatures of the organisation and AIESEC. Any changes made after signing
this contract should be re-signed by both parties or a new contract should be completed.
9.1 Aims of the Exchange Programme Program
The Exchange Program must aim to provide the EP with:
a) A positive learning experience;
b) Interaction with a different social and cultural environment with a view to gaining
intercultural competencies;
c) Development of theoretical and practical leadership skills;
d) Opportunity to apply personal and professional skills, knowledge, attitudes and values to
work for the organisation as well as the host communities;
e) Develop awareness and knowledge of social issues and different practices of the sending
and hosting country;
f) Opportunity to contribute to personal and professional life goals.
The Exchange Program cannot aim to:
a) Solely provide an opportunity for the EP to earn money;
b) Provide a holiday;
c) Act as a permanent career placement or recruitment opportunity. If the organisation
decides to extend the program on a permanent basis, AIESEC will have no role in
facilitating this;
d) Provide permanent residence in the hosting country;
e) Be an internal AIESEC leadership position (such as MC/AI/CEED).
9.3 Conditions
In the first instance, all disagreements and arguments concerning the agreement or its
realisation must be addressed by way of negotiation, directly between the parties mentioned in
this agreement.
