Overview of the job role:

Teaching - Faculty of Languages

Position Title:- _Teacher

Job Description Major/Minor


Trainee will teach English language at beginner, intermediate and
advanced levels. Also he/she will be responsible for providing conversational
workshops to 14 year old students.
You must generate a global learning environment through the presentation
of cultural and social experiences, considering that the process of teaching;
learning must be guided from multiculturalism
Activities must be according to the ages of the participants of the project.
As well as creating a global environment doing multicultural activities that
encourage the opening of global mindset
You must be flexible to the required institutional work philosophy. A
person who can fulfill regulations and corporation policies. Besides giving
daily reports as required by the institution.
Classes are asigned according the student registered and the working hour
is constitued according to that, this means that the working hours are
flexible.
The salary will be paid in local currency, $1.179.800, which equals 609.64
dollars a rate of change of December 11th,2013.

Key results expected from the intern by the end of the internship:
By issuing regular school sessions, the students should develop the four language skills (read, write,
listen, speak) to achieve results in the higher level of the European Framework.

Key Learning Points for the intern:-

Cultural exchange of our country, contact with young people both their profession and social levels.
Strengthen their pedagogical model. Perfect Spanish.

According to Colombian law, you must be registered under local health services, the cost is a monthly
payment of $90.000 COP ($45 USD) paid by the trainee.

Contract
This “Exchange Programme Job Questionnaire”, is considered a formal contract and
commitment between AIESEC and the organisation stated on this form. All parties should keep
an original copy with signatures of the organisation and AIESEC. Any changes made after signing
this contract should be re-signed by both parties or a new contract should be completed.
9.1 Aims of the Exchange Programme Program
The Exchange Program must aim to provide the EP with:
a) A positive learning experience;
b) Interaction with a different social and cultural environment with a view to gaining
intercultural competencies;
c) Development of theoretical and practical leadership skills;
d) Opportunity to apply personal and professional skills, knowledge, attitudes and values to
work for the organisation as well as the host communities;
e) Develop awareness and knowledge of social issues and different practices of the sending
and hosting country;
f) Opportunity to contribute to personal and professional life goals.
The Exchange Program cannot aim to:
a) Solely provide an opportunity for the EP to earn money;
b) Provide a holiday;
c) Act as a permanent career placement or recruitment opportunity. If the organisation
decides to extend the program on a permanent basis, AIESEC will have no role in
facilitating this;
d) Provide permanent residence in the hosting country;
e) Be an internal AIESEC leadership position (such as MC/AI/CEED).

9.2 Understanding of the AIESEC Exchange Program Policies


This Exchange Programme Job Questionnaire is aligned to the AIESEC Exchange Programme
Policies (XPP), the official legislated document within the International Compendium of AIESEC
global association. If any conflict appears between this JQ and the XPP, it is always to follow the
statement within the XPP. The signing AIESEC entity is responsible for providing the relevant
document to the organisation.
By signing this contract, both parties agree and commit to all the terms and conditions of the
Exchange Program Policies, including the responsibility in the delivery of the Exchange
Programme.

9.3 Conditions
In the first instance, all disagreements and arguments concerning the agreement or its
realisation must be addressed by way of negotiation, directly between the parties mentioned in
this agreement.
