1. Do not punish your students for their achievement.

-instructions must be clear

-We should give awards for the students’ achievements

-There is something wrong on the mechanics of the game

2. Do not over-react when the students are noisy (when they are given group activity)

since it is expected that they will be noisy (academic noise). However, we must still

control it if it becomes a disturbance to the whole class.

3. Use friendly preventive disciplinary measure. Teachers should be sensitive.

4. Don’t call your students “guys”. Students might misunderstand you. They might treat

you like their colleague and will not respect you as their teacher.
