SUBJECT : Hiring of Field Election Job Order Casuals

In connection with May 14, 2018 BSKE

DATE : April 2, 2018.

Pursuant to COMELEC Minute Resolution No.18-_____, In the matter of the

hiring of Field Election Job Order Casuals for the May 14, 2018 Barangay and
Sangguniang Kabataan Elections . In view of the foregoing, following are the
guidelines for the hiring FEJO Casuals:

1. Field Offices may hire EJO from the period not exceeding two (2)
months starting 15 April 2018 but not beyond 31 May 2018.
2. Election Casuals hired shall be considered “Election Job Order
Casuals”. As JO, their salaries shall be subject to contractor’s tax.
3. EJO casuals to be hired must be a Bachelor’s Degree.
4. EJO casuals must not be a casual coming from Local Government Unit.
A certification coming from the Human Resource Personnel certifying
that the casual hired is not an LGU Casual must be submitted to ORED
02.
5. The Election Officer must not be related within the 4th degree of
consanguinity or affinity to the hired EJO and a certification must be
submitted to ORED 02.
6. EJO casuals must submit three (3) copies of Personal Data Sheet (CSC
Revised 2017) properly filled-up and the Provincial Office must
consolidate and submit as one /in bind to the Office of the Regional
Election Director Region 02 on or before April 6, 2018. Submission
beyond the deadline means waving your allocation for the intended
EJO Casual.
