Subject: Permission (NOC) for the deployment of Fiber to the Home (FTTH)
Network in Eden Garden, East Canal Road, Faisalabad

Dear Sir,

Nayatel, a leading and premier telecom operator, with a most modern Fiber
to Home (FTTH) network in Islamabad and Rawalpindi and providing Trip Play
Services including ultra-broadband Internet, telephony and high definition (HD) TV,
is currently in the process to expand its operations to other cities including
Faisalabad.

2. As we have successfully demonstrated in the twin cities, Nayatel's FTTH

network will also transform Faisalabad into one of the most connected smart cities
of the world by providing a world class enabling infrastructure which will attract
modern knowledge based businesses, entrepreneurs, besides providing Safe City
connectivity to law enforcement agencies. This FTTH network will practically
transform all major commercial buildings and homes into smart buildings.

3. NayaTel is planning to make a huge investment in the deployment of this state

of the art optical fiber network in Faisalabad City including Eden Garden (Phase
I, II and Executive Block ), East Canal Road, Faisalabad. We therefore request
to kindly grant us the necessary permissions (NOC), So that we can proceed with
this investment. The management of the society will not be required to spend any
funds. Our only demand will be to facilitate and help us as we bring the 21st century
network to your society.
4. Your early in principle approvals will be much appreciated so we can deploy
rapidly.
