Work 5 rows in Garter Stitch on these 20 sts. Cast off. Sew up front seam to underlap. With right side of work facing, using No. 10 Needles and Blue Wool, knit across 26 sts, on right front spare needic, knit up 36 sts. evenly across striped sections of Fronts, then knit across 26 sts. on left front spare needle (BB sts.).
