1.

Download the desired splash and extract the file on a computer with ADB &
fastboot drivers.

2. Once extracted open "Fastboot flashable Image" folder.

3. Boot phone into fastboot mode (Power off + Volume down).

4. Connect it to the PC.

5. Now in the opened folder open a command window (Shift + mouse right click).

6. In the command window, type this fastboot command without the quotes.

" fastboot flash splash splash.img "

7. Reboot and enjoy your new splash screen.
