How to display Word, PowerPoint, PDF files in PA Workspace using Box

Create a folder in Box and share as "People with the link". If you don't do this, then workspace will ask the users to
login to their Box account, any time they try to access a book with embedded documents.

How to display Word, PowerPoint, PDF files in PA Workspace

Each Box file that you upload has a unique id like this:
https://ibm.box.com/s/dtim2hch1857zinqlala7yrlvgpnkltj

Copy your file's unique id. We will only use the id portion not the url:
dtim2hch1857zinqlala7yrlvgpnkltj

You will use this as your sample URL template:

https://ent.box.com/embed/preview/<insert your shared file's id here>?direction=ASC&theme=light

This is what your URL will look like after you update it with your file's unique id:
https://ent.box.com/embed/preview/dtim2hch1857zinqlala7yrlvgpnkltj?direction=ASC&theme=light

if you want dark background, change "light" parameter to "dark"
