Information for Admission

FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) - 27th December, 2015

For Students going to Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII

1. Result Declaration:

 Result will be available through ON-LINE mode ONLY (Result Packet will NOT be sent by Courier / Post).
 Please download the Enrolment Kit (Offer Letter, Enrolment Form, Course Fee etc) from the result declaration Portal or collect it
from the FIITJEE Centre where you wish to Enrol. (Result Packet will NOT be sent by Courier / Post)
 Visit www.fiitjeelogin.com and create a Student / Parent Account. Use "Add Registration Number" link on the portal to attach your
Admission Test Registration Number to your profile with the help of Registration Number and Web Access Code printed on your
Admission Test Hall Ticket. Update the Students profile with the data required on the portal.

Students, who do not have the facility to check their Results Online, can visit nearest FIITJEE Centre or where they registered, to enquire
about the same.

2. Fee & Fee Payment:

 Details of Program offered and your applicable fee will be available on www.fiitjee-ftre.com post result declaration.
 Fee amount to be paid at the time of Admission cannot be paid by cheque or cash.
 Fee amount to be paid at the time of admission, should be paid only by a crossed Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT. For more details on
NEFT method of fee payment please visit www.fiitjee.com/neft and also refer your FTRE Hall Ticket for Details on Making the Fee
Payment through NEFT.
 The local / at par post-dated cheque(s) are to be submitted at the time of admission only. The cheque(s) towards fee payment must
be as per CTS -2010 guidelines specified by RBI.
In case of any doubts / query regarding the enrolment procedure, please get in touch with your respective FIITJEE centre prior to the fee payment dates.

3. Fee Payment Dates / Schedule:

To get the Cash Scholarship (not applicable for Students presently in Class V, VI & VII), Fee Waivers & other benefits related to FTRE - 2015, one
has to enroll in the relevant FIITJEE program from 18th to 25th January, 2016.
A Student can take Admission / Enrollment prior to 18th January, 2016 (if the Result of the respective Class gets declared before 18th January,
2016) by paying a Facilitation Fee of Rs. 2000/- in addition to the Program Fee.

In case a Student approaches us to take Admission / Enrollment after 25th January, 2016 till the FTRE Fee Validity date which is 6th February,
2016, then he / she has to pay Rs. 500/- fixed late fee + Rs. 100/- per day late fee.
Timings for Fee Payment - 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm
You are requested to complete all formalities on early dates to avoid inconvenience and heavy rush on last few days.

4. Documents required to be submitted at the time of Admission:

1. One Stamp Size and Six Passport Size Colour photographs of the student (at the time of fee payment).
2. Three Passport Size Colour Photographs of the person issuing the Post Dated Cheque(s).
3. FTRE Hall Ticket (in Original)
4. Admission Offer Letter (Print of On-Line Result)
5. Any one of the following School documents:
 Photocopy of School ID card with photograph or
 Photocopy of last Board or School Marksheet supported by any Identity Proof of student or
 Photocopy of School Transfer Certificate or
 Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal of School with student’s photograph
Original of above mentioned documents should be presented for verification at the time of admission

5. Joining Formalities by Post:

Students can also complete their joining formalities by post, please make sure that your Enrolment Form duly completed in all respects along with
Demand Draft / Pay Order and Post Dated Cheque(s) should reach your respective study centre on or before above mentioned fee payment dates.
Incomplete Enrolment Form will not be accepted and if a student fails to get admission on this account, FIITJEE shall not be responsible.

6. Venue of Fee Payment:

FIITJEE Study Centre where you wish to join the FIITJEE program.

7. Course Commencement Date:

Classes will commence from 1st / 2nd week of April, 2016 The Exact Batch commencement date will be communicated to the student at the time

of enrolment. However, Academic Inputs will be provided soon after enrollment in the form of:

 Class - V (going to VI ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics Booklet & Mock Test Paper – IQ /
Mental Ability & Jr. Science Olympiad]

 Class - VI (going to VII ) -Precourse academic inputs material [Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics Booklet & Mock Test Paper – IQ /
Mental Ability & Jr. Science Olympiad]

 Class - VII (going to VIII ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics Booklet & Mock Test Paper - NTSE
(Foundation Level) & Jr. Science Olympiad]

 Class - VIII (going to IX ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Olympiad Foundation Sample Booklet & Mock Test Paper - NTSE (Foundation
Level) & Jr. Science Olympiad]

 Class - IX (going to X ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Olympiad Foundation Sample Booklet & Mock Test Paper - NTSE (Stage-I) & Jr.
Science Olympiad]

 Class - X (going to XI ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics Booklet & Mock Test Paper - NTSE (Stage-II) &
CBSE (Second Term-SA-II]

 Class - XI (going to XII ) - Precourse academic inputs material [Mock JEE Main - 1 Paper & JEE Advanced - 2 Papers (based on Class XI syllabus)]
& KVPY Mock Test Papers.

8. Hostel Facility:
FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facilities at the following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi, East Delhi &
Dwarka Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam which is available for male Students only, on the basis of merit. The hostel
expenditure to be paid by the Student is Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 9,000/- per month approximately on double occupancy basis and varies from one
hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging &
boarding facilities for female Students at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation
for female Students at other locations.

Important Notes
Note 1: Fee at FIITJEE CANNOT be paid in Cash.
Note 2: Initial Fee amount to be paid at the time of admission can only be paid by Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT.
Note 3: The local /at par post dated cheques are to be submitted at the time of admission only along with the Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT Acknowledgement.
Please ensure that the cheques towards fee payment must be as per CTS -2010 guidelines specified by RBI. You may check the same with your bank.
Note 4: FIITJEE will remain closed on 26th January, 2016 on the occasion of Republic Day.
