Admission Credentials & Other Requirements for the Tertiary Level


1. Original Senior High School Card with school seal for New Freshman
2. Original Transcript of Records with school seal and Certificate of Transfer Credential
(Honorable Dismissal) for Transferee
3. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (CGMC)
4. Original PSA Birth Certificate
5. Original PSA Marriage Certificate for Married Female Enrollee
6. One (1) pc. 2 X 2 COLORED ID Picture with white background
7. Long brown envelope for submitted documents.

June 14 – July 9, 2021


August 9, 2021 – Official Start of Classes

A. for OLD Students


1. For those with outstanding accounts in the previous semester/s, settle them at the
Business Office. Be sure to PRESENT your ASSESSMENT for the previous term. You
will not be able to proceed for the coming terms even if you paid the down payment unless
you settle your previous balance. For inquiries, visit the Business Office or email
finance@ndu.edu.ph

2. Deposit a minimum down payment of Php 2,000 at the Business Office or the
following partner institutions: Metrobank (via Bills Payment), Palawan Pawnshop,
RD Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier* and MLhuillier* (*email your transaction slip to
finance@ndu.edu.ph if you paid via Cebuana or MLhuillier)

accomplish and submit the Ward Form.

3. Wait for the Official Enrollment Period on July 15-30, 2021

B. NEW Students

1. Go to https://ismis.ndu.edu.ph/apply and accomplish Personal Data Sheet (PDS)


online.
2. Proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center (GTC) with PSA Birth Certificate and SHS
Report Card for Verification of data in PDS and admission. As proof of PDS verification,
the GTC will give you a Routing Slip that you will present to the Registrar’s Office.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS relative to the observance of minimum health protocols


during this time of the pandemic:

Applicants who are 18 years old and above are allowed to enter the campus.
PARENTS OR GUARDIANS shall do onsite transaction for applicants who are
below 18 years old. Parents or guardians must be ready to present their own
valid Identification Card as well as that of the student applicant they represent.
Inform the guard that you will go to the Guidance and Testing Center for
VERIFICATION of PDS data. Ask for a control number. Thirty (30) applicants
will be accommodated every day. Proceed to the Cariño Building Lounge and
wait for your turn.

3. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for submission of Admission Credentials: The Registrar
will tag you to the Degree Program you are applying for.

4. Proceed to the ICT Booth for assistance in organizing your ISMIS Username and
Password.

5. Open your email to check your new ISMIS Username and Password. If you do not
receive email indicating your ISMIS Username and Password, send an email to
ict@ndu.edu.ph informing them that you have not received your ISMIS Username and
Password

6. Deposit a minimum down payment of Php 2,000 at the Business Office or the

7. Email one 2 x 2 ID picture on white background to ict@ndu.edu.ph.

C. TRANSFEREES

1. Go to https://ismis.ndu.edu.ph/apply and accomplish Personal Data Sheet (PDS) online.

4. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for submission Admission Credentials. The Registrar
will tag you to the Degree Program you are applying for.

6. Open your email to check your new ISMIS Username and Password. If you do not

D. RETURNING Students
Returning students are those who have stopped schooling for at least one regular school
term prior to the First Semester 2021-2022 and have not enrolled in another school.

1. Apply for Clearance to Enroll and Evaluation of Records at the Registrar’s Office.

2. Go to the Dean’s Office for Re- Acceptance.

3. Return to the Registrar’s Office for Re-Tagging if you are a shifter. Non-Shifters
Proceed to Step 4.

4. Secure clearance from the Business Office and/or pay a minimum down payment of
Php 2,000 at the Business Office or the following partner institutions: Metrobank (via
Bills Payment), Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier* and MLhuillier*
(*email your transaction slip to finance@ndu.edu.ph if you paid via Cebuana or
MLhuillier)
