9 months (5 months training & 4 months of role based training)
Program Overview:
Involves extensive training to have a holistic understanding of the organization
•Robust on-the-job training coupled with HUL’s focus on capability development will
groom trainees to take leadership roles in the future.
•It will enable them to understand in depth the role in IT.
•This will strengthen their functional skills, help them build a strong network and give
them a solid foundation to begin their career.
•Builds an in depth understanding of Information Technology operations at HUL.
•Exposure to several functional and cross functional projects to build functional &
business acumen.
•Opportunity to network within the business.
•Post successful completion of training period, the trainees will take charge as
Information Technology Executives.

•B.E (Computer Science & IT).
•Projects completed & participation in extra curriculum
