Troubleshooting
Building engineering services/systems invariably lose peak
efficiency over time or become difficult to control due to
inefficient maintenance or possibly due to modifications on
systems, fabric or occupancy since installation. In some cases
buildings may not of been commissioned correctly in the first
place. All of these factors will not only increase operational
costs for building owners or operators but may cause damage
to the building fabric and harm a landlords reputation if his
tenants are not satisfied.
