Part 4 - Let's talk about the course and Let's talk about you ...

After having explored the course and its structure, you must respond in Spanish to the following
questions and include the answers in the final document.

a) How many environments are there in the course? Fill them and briefly describe each of them. There are
6 environments, these are:

1. Initial information environment: this environment explains how we can navigate in the classroom,
shows us the agenda of the course, the presentation of the course, rules and conditions for the
development of the course, informative forums, news of the course and informative forum.
2. Knowledge environment: we find the framework of academic course, syllabus of the course,
documentary sources that we will see throughout the semester and the glossary of the course.

3. Collaborative learning environment: here we find in detail all the guides and forums of each of the
works we are going to develop during the period and we also find the accompaniment of the teacher by
synchronous meetings via web conference and spkype.

4. Practical learning environment: we can find the guide for the use of educational
resources and also the participation in activities, such as using movenote and screen-
cast-o-matic.

5. Evaluation and monitoring environment: here we find the evidence of professional

competences, and in addition there are all the evolutions that we will carry out and
work that we give, which go by boxes: initial evaluation, intermediate evaluation and
final evaluation.

6. Student management environment: here we can find the academic management and
administrative management, which gives us several options that will help us with any
concerns. b) Where are the rules and conditions of the course located?

They are located in the area of Standards and conditions for the development of the
course.

c) By what space should the final works of each collaborative activity be submitted?
The space where we send the final works is in monitoring and evaluation environment.

d) Where are the quizzes, how many are and which themes do they evaluate?

The quizzes are in the monitoring and evaluation environment, which are 7 and the
themes that will be evaluated are the following:

1. Evaluation of prior knowledge.

2. Activity 2: maybe from unit 1.

3. Activity 4: quiz of unit 2.

4. Activity 6: quiz of unit 3.

5. Activity 8: General review of the course.

6. Activity 9: Review of oral and written production

7. Activity 10: Final evolution.

e) Why is the internal mail of the course important and how often should it be
reviewed?

It is important since there is all the information about the work, the web conferences,
correction of the workshops, it should be checked frequently either 3 time.
