To whom it may concern,

Good day Madam/Sir. We are the 5th year students from the Department of Accountancy. We are
currently enrolled in a subject with a title of “Auditing Information System”, which involves the using of
computer laboratory. In line with this, the using of laboratory includes an additional fee on our tuition
amounting to P1,500. But unfortunately throughout the semester we are not able to use the
laboratory, for some reason that it has no computer software that were needed for the subject course.
Second, is that our professor, Mr.Jherome Ng provided us the module of the software that are needed
for day to day lessons. And lastly, there is no designated computer laboratory room assigned for our
subject.

The whole 5th year students are politely asking for a refund of the computer laboratory fee. That
will somehow help each one of us to lessen the burden of fulfilling the remaining balance in our tuition
fees.

We are looking forward for a quick response from your good office Madam/Sir, hoping that our
