I. TECHNICAL ASPECT

Technical Aspect is the discussion of basic and operation flow of the project. It is one of the

essentials of this study because this aspect responds to the technicalities and basic structure of

the proposed study. This includes the equipments, materials, structure plan used in the proposed

project. It also discusses geographical location of the business, its importance in the profitability

of the business, its advantages and designed layout for the comfort of the customers. In addition,

technical aspect also touches the management operation of the business through depiction of

expenses valuation.

II. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

“MARJ Travel and Tours” is engaged in providing travel packages and services, and the

business is located in #5 Gov. Pascual Ave., Malabon City. The business will operate from

Monday to Friday 9:30am – 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 8:00pm, , to accommodate

the demands of the client.

TECHNICAL ASPECT

A. SERVICE FLOW CHART

Upon entering the "MARJ Travel and Tours" premises, the client will approach the staff

for inquiries of the services offered, upon knowing the services the client shall now

choose if he/she wants to avail a package deal, book a flight, or avail for a ticket. Once

decided, he/she will now submit the requirements of the client namely: number of person,

flight/tour destination, package inclusions (breakfast, hotel accommodations, entrance

fees, etc.). Upon telling his/her requirements, the staff will now contact/communicate

with the business partners for the availability of the said services, upon confirming the

availability the staff will now give the quotation to the client that includes the tour details,

and the statement of account which the customer shall pay. In paying the said statement,

it can be paid through bank deposit, paymaya, and bayad centers. Once the payment is

done, we will now provide the necessary purchases, by sending the purchase order to the

supplier, upon confirmation, the staff will send the service voucher to the clients

including the itineraries, proving that the said booking is complete.
