This chapter will cover the plant size or the lay-out of the business, the legal requirements

needed, the equipments in the printing venture together with the utilities and transaction process

within Express Impress.

The technical aspect of the business is essential for it to response to the needs of every

customers. A well-planned technical aspect will allow better fulfillment of works and production

of products.
 Floor Plan

The floor plan is technically designed to support the smooth process of the proposed

printing business. The waiting area is for the customers and will also serve as display area, were

some finished products samples and those that are ready to sell are being displayed. There would

be a business office area for the staffs of Express Impress that will use for all printing

transactions. The production area is technically designed to be big enough to support the

production of products whenever there would be a huge need for finished products.
