Executive Summary

Tech Net Infinity was founded by two person, Tech means technology and Net
means internet and the infinity is based on the famous gaming name here in the
Philippines”, this computer shop is manage by two person, the two person who
manage this, are Austria, Jan Dale and Roxas, Junell this people build a
computer shop that they want to be successful, and they want to work hard
and become a great businessman someday.
Their Computer shop is a 10 seat gaming chair with computer monitor. It will be
located in the Brgy, Makiling Calamba City Laguna, the internet of our
computer shop is reliable and fast, But most important to us is the satisfactions of
our customers and we believe this will be achieved by our good quality service.

Vision - To deliver excellent quality services, operate in a responsible manner

being up-to-date with the upgrading Information Technology, and provide fast
internet access in a homelike environment for a highly reliable and consistently
satisfying customer experience.

Mission - To become the leading Internet Cafe in the Brgy, Makiling Calamba
City Laguna are with a commitment to meet or even exceed customers' need
and satisfaction.

Proposal

Tech-Net Infinity shows that computer shop can be more than what can you
expect. Our computer shop tend to aim or even surpass the expectation of the
costumers and give the satisfaction that they want or need. Tech-Net Infinity just
do not focus on the income that they can get but give their best to become the
leading computer when it comes to satisfaction on their customers.

Methodology

Tech-Net Infinity gives best when it comes to customer satisfaction, warm

environment and reliable and fast internet that most of us wants but it is not just
about that, our computer shop gives a promo or discounts to the customers for
them to enjoy themselves inside the Tech-Net Infinity who offer’s a quality
service but not pricy and most important, to meet or surpass the customer
expectations.

In Week Days, Our computer shop opens 7:00 am in the morning because of the
students who needs their assignments printed and the workers that need their
information that they need by using computer, and in the Weekends, Our computer
shop opens 7:00 in the morning up to 5 am because some people who play games are
averaging 4-7 hours of playing games and they tend to play in the Weekend because it
is their free time

use for one’s own purposes, that which is owned.
Manager - is a person responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for
