I. Outline physical health education-related factual, procedural and conceptual
knowledge.
II. Identify physical and health education knowledge to describe issues and solve problems
set in familiar and unfamiliar situations.
III. Apply physical and health terminology to communicate understanding.
Criterion C: applying and performing
i. Recall and apply a range of skills and techniques effectively.

● You are going to select two swimming strokes that you would like to improve.
● You will research from a couple of different websites important tips to help improve
your technique.
● These tips you will turn into your own 8 point checklist in your own words.
● You will then analyse your own stoke and pick out 2 areas from each stroke you want to
work on.
● You will print out these checklists and use them in class to help achieve your goals.
● At the end of the unit you will reflect on your achievements, creating a before and after
video.
