We M/s Intelligence Metering System who are officially and WAPDA pre-qualified manufacturers
of Electronic Digital Energy Meters (Signle & Three Phase), having factories at
___________________, do hereby authorize M/s MsquareR Engineering Services Lahore. To
submit a bid for tender no. 07/0010/00-0/1-2018 to be opened on Dated 18-10-18; the purpose
of which is to provide the following goods, manufactured by us Electronic Digital Energy Meters
(Single &Three Phase) and to subsequently negotiate and sign the contract.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with the contract, with respect
to the goods offered by us.
