Building a Fully-capable and enabled DevOps Team

 Technical is not a new word for DevOps, all DevOps Guidance, Design and Implementation
members are all highly technical. There is no reason that a DevOps group is managed by a non-
technical Manager, it’s either they report to Head of Engineering / IT or Directly to the Company
Head.
 DevOps members are highly skilled in both technical and analytical:
o You cannot build anything if you do not know how to.
o You cannot build something efficient if you do not put good analysis.
o You should understand how each part works and how they are connected.
 DevOps is built on a lot of C “Continuous”, it means that very minimal interruption or lag time
minimized because of being Automated or eliminating the Manual things at the early stages of
Development.
 A Fully capable DevOps team does not only start on the Building of the Software but, it can also
start as early as Development, when code is finished and Depositing the code to a Shared
repository such as GitHub, SVN, CVS, TFS, …
