AFTER DRILLING (within 15 days of Rig Release)

As Drilled Survey Plat / Directional Surveys
Final Logs (1 CD of LAS and/or LIS and/or Image Files)
Final Copies of Drill Stem Test Reports / Fluid Analyses
Final Drilling Report including detailed cumulative cost summary (to be sent by email separate from all other data)

INITIAL COMPLETION / PRODUCTION (during or within 5 business days of operation)

Completion & Stimulation Program(s), including an estimate of expected costs for completion, equipping and tie-in
