Removal process for MYSTL Board and CORE:

An infraction is defined as the following: Multiple unapproved absences during

meetings, halaqat or events (all absences should have been cleared by the head
advisor at least a week prior) and Lack of responsiveness on communication platforms
(telegram, whatsapp, email, texts and calls)

As the year begins, students will constantly be evaluated by the advisors with the
secretary on each board tracking attendance. By the second month on board/CORE,
the students would be eligible for the removal process. If a student begins to respond
more readily to their responsibilities, they would not progress through the rest of the
process.

If a major violation occurs, this process is to be ignored and the Head Advisor has the
ability to remove the student altogether.

Please refer to the feedback process for any questions or concerns.

Infraction Level 1:

An electronic warning (email, text, etc.) will be issued to the individual.

Infraction Level 2:

An in person meeting between the Head Advisor and student will be scheduled by the
advisor. If the student does not attend the meeting, this will result in advancing to
Infraction Level 3.

Infraction Level 3:

The student will meet with the Youth Director and the Head of the Youth Department to
see if they can be placed within another program. Failure to do so will result in their
termination from the program by the Head Advisor.
