※ Final Test using Aeroflex device(in Europe) can be done with User S/W
downloaded.

※ Before returning the phone to the CUSTOMER, you must check the
wallpaper(basic screen) of the phone to make sure that User S/W was downloaded.

- There should be NO “Yellow characters” in the middle of the screen before return
to customer.

Copy Bootloader Insert SD card while booting

Copy USB Connect Recovery Tool mode and

※ GT-I9505 : No need to disassemble the phone. – some Qualcomm chipset models

 New Sensor (Temperature Humidity sensor)

■ Purpose
- It measures temperature and humidity of atmosphere.

■ Application
- In ‘S Health’ application, current temperature and humidity is shown.

■ Location

■ Caution Point
- When replacing IF Connector, the sensor should be protected from heat.
- Heat from heat-gun can dehydrate the sensor if not protected.
- If microphone is defected, replace Sub-PBA.

■ How to check temperature humidity sensor

1) Phone - *#0*# in dialer → Sensor → Temp-Humid (Refer to COMP data)

※ Put the phone on flat, stable place at least 10 minutes before checking.
※ If the sensor was heated, leave the phone at room temperature about 4 hours.
2) Atmosphere – Use qualified thermo-hygrometer in ASC
3) Margin to pass the test – Temperature : ± 2℃ / Humidity : ± 8%

 New Sensor (Gesture Sensor test)
■ Use
- Air call-accept, Air move, Air browse, Air jump, Quick glance

■ How to test gesture sensor

1) Phone - *#0*# in dialer → Sensor → Gesture sensor → direction

2) Select ‘4 directions mode’ and touch ‘START’.

3) Swing your palm from one direction to another(It can recognize up, down, left, right)
※ Distance from the phone to palm : 7cm
4) The palm should pass on gesture sensor located top side of the phone.
