Greetings!

Our Companywide direction to implement our Mobile Solutions On-the-Go


“AUTOMAT”. AUTOMATED MERCHANDISERS ATTENDANCE AND TRADE REPORTS is
part of our Company’s I.T. Infrastructure improvement.

TEAM JERON is very fortunate to run AUTOMAT attendance app in their mobile
phones. AUTOMAT will help our Company to share an effective and efficient way of
attendance reporting and monitoring to our Principal.

AUTOMAT Mobile app will be part of your daily task and responsibility effective
September 25, 2020 as your official start date as an AUTOMAT user. This is an all
important task and we expect your full cooperation and compliance in using
AUTOMAT for daily attendance monitoring.

We shall ask you to help us cascade to your corresponding merchandisers as our


next phase by next week September 28, 2020 Meanwhile, we shall be needing your
feedback with your experienced with AUTOMAT TIME IN/OUT & EXPENSES once
you have used it.

We have attached some basic AUTOMAT FAQ’s for your reference and guide to help
you with your cascade and implementation.

AUTOMAT GUIDELINES AND FAQ’s:

1. AUTOMAT ay compatible lamang sa ANDROID smart phones with oldest version of O.S. –
Marshmallow. Hindi po magagamit and AUTOMAT pag iPhone ang cellphone ninyo.

2. EMAIL ADDRESS – siguraduhin na tama ang email address ninyo na nairegister ng mga
Coordinator ninyo. Pag hindi pareho hindi po kayo makaka log in.

3. Bakit wala “ Address Location” pag nag TIME IN ako?


a. Kailangan na naka “ON” ang GPS / Location
b. Maganda din na update ninyo ang Google Maps ng phone nyo. Pumunta sa Play Store,
hanapin ang “MAPS – NAVIGATE AND EXPLORE” start download and install.

4. Bakit hindi ko ma download ang AUTOMAT APP?


a. Kailangan po na pumunta sa settings, open ang “LOCK SCREEN AND SECURITY” click po
natin ang “UNKNOWN SOURCES” click po natin ang “ON” para ma allow installation of
apps at maka download ng AUTOMAT.

5. Bakit puro TIME IN lang at walang TIME OUT?


a. Kailangan po mareport sa coordinator ninyo para po ma check ng developer at maayos
yung data ng schedule po ninyo
6. Magagamit ba ang AUTOMAT para mag TIME IN / OUT kahit walang DATA or Wifi?
a. Pwede po gamitin ang AUTOMAT TIME IN/ OUT kahit wala tayong data o hindi naka wifi.
b. Ang lalabas po sa location ay Longtitude at Latitude.
c. Pag nag open kayo ng data or wifi po at nag sync kayo lalabas na ang pangalan ng lugar.

7. Bakit po kaya yung “STORE” – walang naka sulat na store name pag nag TIME IN/ OUT ako?
a. kung sakali po na walang nakalagay sa STORE kapag nag TIME IN/OUT po tayo,
kailangan po ninyo magsubmit ng updated na schedule sa Coordinator o Account
Manager ninyo para po mapa eccord sa system ng AUTOMAT.

Kung may iba pa po na katanungan, maari po natin ipaalam sa ating mga Account Managers.
