 Power planning, Load Calculation, Load distribution, Insulation Electrical erection, Inspection. Prepare
maintenance schedule for 33/11 KV 40MW Distribution Power Plant.
 Arrange schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components and
installation. Supervising reliability-centered maintenance of equipment's power plant and its machineries,
inclusive operation and maintenance Transformers, HV & LV motor switchgears, Substation and all over
power plant Equipment.
 Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as
possible such as troubleshooting breakdown of machines and provide preventive maintenance service.
 Under Direct Supervision a team consisting of two assistant Engineer, tow sub assistant engineer and four
technician performing all kinds of preventive and corrective electrical work including installation
maintenance repair, renovation and modification.
 Ensure uninterrupted service in the concerned area of smooth operation.
 Maintenance of HT metering all over the 33 KV and 11 KV overhead and underground line Equipment.
 Ensure to maintain Utility system such as a generator, sub-station, boiler, air compressor, Water Treatment
Plant etc.
 Develop preventive and corrective maintenance electrical system of types of equipment such as (X-former,
LT, HT, PFI, AVR, IVS, ATS, VFD, VCB, ACB, BBT, MDB, DB, SDB, Control Panel, LPS, All Types of
Industrial Drives such as ABB ACS 550, ACS880, Siemens Macro muster420/430/440, Siemens Simtech
S71500 PLC and Grounding System).
 Co-ordinates with suppliers, contractors, consultants, Project management and Supply Chain Department.
 Prepare BOQ, Purchase requisition & material flow schedule.
 Maintain required Management Information System (MIS)
 Assist to ensure planning, designing & drawing factory layout plan for all factories of the group and to ensure
drawings approval by Alliance/Accord.
