Minutes of Transylvania University Panhellenic

September 24th, 2018

CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:30 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

ROLL CALL​:

DELEGATE REPORTS:
Alpha Omicron Pi
● We had two COB events this weekend with three potential members!
Chi Omega
● Owloween has been scheduled for October 19th!
● We have given out two COB’s this weekend and will be having a run out for them tonight
after chapter meeting. There will be formal pledging for them within the next week!
Delta Delta Delta
● Had formal pledging last Monday.
● Big/Little Reveal is Wednesday!
● Keeneland family day is next Sunday!
Phi Mu
● Formal pledging will take place on Wednesday night at 5pm!
OFFICER REPORTS:
President
● Turn in receipts to Michelle for expenses during recruitment.
● We will start new programming soon!
● We will start sending out a line of the creed and we would like for the chapter to
nominate members that they think exemplify that line and they will be voted on and
featured on social media.
● Alcohol programming is being organized by Michelle and I and as soon as we find out
the dates we will let you know. This will be mandatory for all of your new members!
● Working on organizing the Green Dot training for this year and once it is decided we will
let you know!
Executive Vice President
● Jr Panhel applications are done! We will send out the application to your chapters.
Please encourage your new members to sign up!
VP of Administration
● Working on updating our expenses!
VP of Public Relations
● Working on the October newsletter. I send out information that I need by Thursday and
will send out another email that has some more information that I need to the delegates.
VP of Recruitment Education
● Glad Rho Gammas are back!
VP of Recruitment Management
● No new business
