Minutes of Transylvania University Panhellenic

CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:00 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

ROLL CALL​:

Public Relations, Vice President of Recruitment Education, Vice President of Recruitment
Management, Alpha Omicron Pi delegate, Chi Omega delegate, Phi Mu delegate, Delta

● COB event tomorrow for Galentine's Day
Chi Omega
● Campus Sing is at 4 on April 29th
● Presidents should be notified about their practice spaces
Delta Delta Delta
● Formal on March 3
● Tri Hop is April 5th or 7th
Phi Mu
● Bid Day on Thursday for COB
● Function on March 24th
OFFICER REPORTS:
President
● Selected Judicial Board, attending a webinar over the information missed from
conference, trying to partner with clubs, please let us know if you have any ideas!
Executive Vice President
● Selected Judicial Board, met with Jr Panhel twice
VP of Administration
● Working on reviewing the budget from last year and working with Caroline to make
changes for this year’s budget
VP of Public Relations
● Newsletter came out for February and working on the newsletter for March, working on
sisterhood event with Jr panhel which will be pajamas and pancakes
VP of Recruitment Education
● Rho Gamma apps are out and due on February 26th
VP of Recruitment Management
● In process of reserving spaces, and set up meeting with recruitment chairs to go over
this information

● Saturday in Service this Saturday at the ReStore, please sign up
● Common Good is looking for mentors, tutoring, sharing a meal, bonding experience
● Greek Weekend applications
