I. Executive Summary

Nowadays, a lot of adults and teenagers need to have coffee in their system due to the late night
works such as projects, school works and office works. Sometimes, people also drink coffee just to
bond and relax together.

Our business can be very helpful not only to people who needs to be alert, awake, alive and
enthusiastic all the time, but also to people who search for relaxation and bonding times together. We
all know that coffee has caffeine that acts as a central nervous system stimulant that can boost one’s
enthusiasm, thus making one active. But, coffee time can also help by strengthening bonds among
people who just want to talk and relax while having coffee.

The partnership in this business is between Christine Anne Valdez and Michelle Kyra Bautista.
They are high school friends that took up Bachelor of Science major in Entrepreneurship in one of the
most prestigious universities in the Philippines. After they graduated in college, they started talking
about their careers. Later they found out that they both have the same ambition-and that’s to create a
business that would surely be helpful not only to the consumers but also to the country’s economy.

As we all know, Tourism helps in the development of a country’s economy. Well, our business
can contribute to the country’s economy by increasing the country’s tourism. We assumed that if the
business will be popular among the tourists, then, it could help boosting up the country’s tourism.

We assure ourselves that the people who manage the business are capable of handling the
business. They should be responsible, well disciplined, consistent and humble. They must know their
limitations and one should not go overboard in handling the business as if it is his. They should
remember that this business is between two partners and one should not act superior than the other.
II. Marketing Plan

We make sure that the products that we will be serving are fresh and made of high quality
coffee beans that we imported from other countries. We will not only be serving coffee, but we will
also be serving delicacies such as sandwiches, cakes, and others. One of the advantages of the product
that we are going to use is that these products are not found in the country. Then, the disadvantage
will be the continuous intake of coffee that can affect one’s health.

In this business that we chose, our major competitor will surely be the Starbucks coffee.
Though, Starbucks have the same products as ours, such as coffee, and the delicacies, but surely not
the same brand. We assure you, that our products will be more delicious and more affordable that you
will surely come back for more.

We would like to build our business in a place where there would be a lot of people, specifically
the mall, where lots of people look for a place that they could sit, relax and chill.

We will hit the market through the advertisements like Television ads and radio ads, and
tarpaulins.

PROMOS
For Promos, we will do a give away of a coffee certificate. We will use trivia to give it
away. The certificates expire in 1 month, must have a station employee's signature and
are good for whatever type of coffee the customer usually gets.

The Gift Certificate:
