    Sodium phosphate buffer (PB)

    0.1 M

    NaH2PO4 * H2O 3.1 g


    Na2HPO4 (anhydrous) 10.9 g

    Distilled water to make a total volume of 1 liter. The pH of the final solution will be 7.4.
    This buffer can be stored for up to 1 month in 4°C.

    0.2 M

    NaH2PO4 * 2 H2O 5.93 g


    Na2HPO4 (anhydrous) 23.0 g
