(overall Hotel Operations Head – Hazel N.)
 11 solo rooms (1 smoking room)
 9 sharing rooms (1 smoking room)
 2 ACADS / CBO rooms
 TOTAL of 22 rooms
 Total of 213 PCU Law Barristers – we will try to get
photos of them through facebook, school records, etc.
so we could identify them during the Salubong.
HOTEL Assignments

 11:am Vam, Hazel, & SJ – CBO materials to transport from PCU
to Armada; group check-in at the Hotel lobby
 12:00nn Jan & Hazel P. - PARKING (PCU) – five (5) Barristers
declared that they will park their cars. They will be transported
by the CBO from PCU to Armada Hotel
 2:00pm Hazel P. (early birds c/o Hazel N.) - VOLUNTEER
Attendance Sheet – 1 Professor; 1 Master List (CBO)
 12:00nn Vam, Hazel, & SJ - Check-in
 Operation areas:
 To fill-up check-in form (inside the cafeteria) triplicate
 To distribute welcome snack (fruit packed/cup and bottled water)
 To post Barristers Guidelines, smileys and encouraging quotes inside the
Barristers’ rooms.
 Check-in Form (triplicate)
 Copies to: CBO Headquarters, Hotel Head, Bar Examinee Room.
 Check-in Form Footer should indicate: CBO Room and Local Number,
Hotel Head mobile number – in case of need.

 2:00pm Alex, Ate Malyn & SJ - Mass – 4:00pm


 To fetch the Priest
 Calling the Barristers to their rooms to attend the mass
 LSG / CBO representative/s to attend the mass
 4:00pm Ate Malyn & Subject Heads (ate malyn, please note that
you need to remind the Subject Heads per Saturday schedule) –
from the Last Minute Lecture (1-hour per Lecturer)
 5:00pm, after the mass to guide the Barristers to the venue of the
Lecture (CBO / ACADS Room)
 Serve snacks and refreshments – coffee, juice, candies, biscuits,
sandwich
 ACADS member to record and/or take down notes/tips
 ACADS Head and members should transcribe the tips to be
included in the Last Minute Tips / Bar Kit

 4:00pm Hazel P. & Cha – Food Committee


 To count and assess the number of food to prepare
(Barristers and companions) based on Check-in form and
attendance of volunteers, CBO and LSG
 Food runner – c/o Cha; but she must be guided by Hazel P.
 Distribution of food – should be delivered to the room for
those who did not attend the Lecture and their companion;
inside the lecture room
 Bottled Water
 NOTE: No phone calls to Barristers after 9:00pm; lights
off latest 10:00pm for Barristers.

 11:00pm latest CJ and team (Logistics) – Runners


 Orientation on possible time & location of pick up
 Briefing on strategy on how to fast track copies
 One hundred (100) Bar Kits to prepare
 12:00midnight – in-house tips should already been
printed
 CALLS for tips – should be done by 2’s per location;
copies to turn-over to ACADS in Hotel should be at least
three (3)
 4:00am – all materials/Bar Kits should be ready

 (3:am) MORNING: SJ
 Wake-up calls – at least 3 callers (volunteers)
 At 4:00am assist the drummers Hazel N. (location should be
at the smoking area outside the Hotel lobby); banners should
be ready – one person to be stationed
 At 4:45am Hotel should be done preparing the early breakfast
(5:00am as earlier agreed/requested) SJ – one person shall
station inside the cafeteria; will call the HQ once the
breakfast is ready. HQ to call the Barristers who will be taking
breakfast
 5:00am Ate Malyn & Vam, et. al. – Bar Kits and take-away
lunch should be ready at the cafeteria (corner area)
 Alex & SJ Boxes should be ready for the valuable belongings of
the Barristers that they want to leave in the Bar Site; should
be tagged properly
 5:30am – 1st departure (drummers) – one person assisting the
Barristers; one person waiting outside the lobby – check
number of pax to fit in the assigned vehicle c/o CJ
 5:45am – 2nd departure (drummers) - one person assisting the
Barristers; one person waiting outside the lobby – check
number of pax to fit in the assigned vehicle c/o CJ
 BAR KITS group departure Asset & Jan (should be wearing the
white CBO shirt; reminder on the banners; 2 blue dolphin
balloons) to join this batch; with them are the seventy (70) Bar
Kits to be picked up by the Barristers near the UST – Location:
DOMINO’s Pizza
 6:00am – 3rd departure (drummers) - one person assisting the
Barristers; one person waiting outside the lobby – check
number of pax to fit in the assigned vehicle c/o CJ
 6:15am – 4th and should be the last departure (drummers) -
one person assisting the Barristers; one person waiting
outside the lobby – check number of pax to fit in the
assigned vehicle c/o CJ

 To secure the valuable belongings inside the Bar Site

 Should be at the Dapitan gate by 10:30am and 4:30pm
 Should have mobile phones / radio to communication
