MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MEETING OF THE TRUSTEE OF THE RETIREMENT PLAN
(MAURITIUS) (THE ‘TRUST’) HELD AT LEVEL 2, ALEXANDER HOUSE, SILICONE AVENUE, EBENE
CYBERCITY, 72201 MAURITIUS ON THE 03rd AUGUST 2017.

PRESENT Mr. Preetam Prayag

Mr. Kiransingh Gulab
(both representing Beresford Pension Trust Limited, the Trustee)

1. OPENING

Mr. Preetam Prayag was appointed Chairman of the Meeting. There being a quorum
present the Chairman declared the Meeting competent to transact the business of the
day.

2. CLOSURE OF BANK ACCOUNT

The Trustee NOTED THAT there were the following proposals:

A. To close the followings bank accounts held by the Trust with the Mauritius
Commercial Bank Limited (the “Bank”) as no further transactions are expected:

B. To transfer the available cash balances into the GBP Account number
000442791356 of the Trust with the same Bank.

IT WAS RESOLVED THAT:

i. The proposal to close the following bank accounts held by the Trust with the
Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited, be approved;

ii. The balances available in the USD and EUR account be transferred into the GBP
account number 000442791356 of the Trust;

iii. Any two authorised signatories of the Trust be authorised to send the necessary
instructions to the Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited for closing of accounts;
and

iv. Any one of the authorised signatory of the Trustee be authorised to execute any
consequential documents for and on behalf of the Trust, to give effect to the
above resolutions.

3. CLOSING

There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Meeting closed.
