RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COLOURMILL INTERNATIONAL PASSED AT A
MEETING OF THE DIRECTORS DULY CONVENED AND HELD AT THE COMPANY’S OFFICES AT
WOTE TOWN ON THE 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2023

PRESENT:
1. CYNTHIA MARIA MUSYIMI (Director)
2. MICHELLE ATIENO OCHIENG’ (Director)

IT WAS RESOLVED that arrangements had been made with COOPERATIVE BANK OF KENYA (“the Bank”),
to open a Current Kenya Shillings account for banking facilities or accommodation at any time or times to such
extent and upon such terms as they may think fit, and having noted that COLOURMILL INTERNATIONAL
LIMITED (“the Company”) will be the account name.

IT WAS FURTHER RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: -

THAT the operation mandate for the account will be by any one of the signatories individually/solemnly.
THAT the following were appointed as signatories
1. MICHELLE ATIENO OCHIENG’ (Director)
2. CYNTHIA MARIA MUSYIMI (Director)
and are hereby authorized to sign from time to time on behalf of the Company such documents as the Bank
shall require and that the Bank and its officers be and are hereby authorized to accept the instructions of the
said persons for all purposes;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Director, CYNTHIA MARIA MUSYIMI, be authorized and directed to
register for internet and mobile banking as a way to ease bank account operations for the Company with the
Bank.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Resolution shall remain in form until notice in writing of their withdrawal or
cancellation is given to the Bank by the Company under the signatures of any of the existing directors and
accepted by the Bank.
