Our self-assessment suggests an overall progress of 80% putting in consideration the current
stage of all building structures and procured materials on site.

We therefore formally request for inspection for the fourth interim payment for the milestones
attained in all the main market buildings i.e. wholesale stalls, retail stalls, administration block,
market sheds and other structures within the scope of work.

We hope you expedite on this to bring it to closure soonest.
