    Squad-III Team Member for Mudhole assembly Constituency. As I was pre planned 4

    days visit to Thirumala Thirupathi Devasthanam from 14.10.2018 to 17.10.2018. I have

    booked special entry Darshan and tour plan a month ago.

    So I request you to consider my application and grant me to leave head Quarters
