    Dear Sir,
    With reference to the subject cited above, it is to bring your kind attention that during a site visit on
    07.02.2024 for AB cable replacement work at location Sanicheera Near Tata Company, Sanicheera
    Feeder under Dharmanagar I ESD, a discrepancy/non-conformity were observed by the undersigned in
    the AB Cable stringing work being done by TKC ENN ARR POLES., which are not as per the standard.
    Details of such Non-conformities/discrepancies are tabulated below:

    is requested to direct the concerned TKC not to repeat above highlighted discrepancies/non-
    conformities in the remaining areas of work wherein work execution is in progress under the project.
