Dear Sir,

Having examined the E-Tender Document, amendments date

the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged we the undersigned Job
work for operation & petty running maintenance of Gates at Satpweadi and
V.T. pumps in irrigation & Non irrigation programme at Takari Stage I to
IV pump house with allied mech. & elect. equipments
1. We, the undersigned hereby bid in accordance with the said instruction,
conditions of contract, specifications, schedule and drawings.

2. We undertake, if our E-Tender is accepted to commence work and to

complete the work for the items specified in the contract reckoned from
the date of ‘Acceptance of E-Tender’ as communicated by you. Further,
we undertake to provide a ‘Performance Security’ for an amount of
percentage as specify in instruction I envelop no 1of the total contract
price.
3. We agree to abide by our E-Tender for period of 75 days fixed for
deadline for submission of E-Tender and in default, agree to forfeit to
Government the amount of ‘Earnest Money’ furnished with the E-Tender.

Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, this E-Tender together with your
written acceptance thereof and your notification of award constitute a binding contract
between us.

Earnest Money for an amount Rs.1,22,500 in favor of the Executive

Engineer Takari Mechanical & Electrical Division, Sangli is enclosed
herewith.
