15 Eligibility of Tenderer This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of
Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years (Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at
least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years,
with a value of at least Tk. 320.00 Lac (Three crore and twenty Lac) only of
Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organizations in
Bangladesh.
The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted in a
prescribed Form A (attached with Tender Document) as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority
shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/
Autonomous bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authenticating
shall be and Officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer and the same
duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under
whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) In case of the work done under Private Organization, the Certificate is to be
obtained from the Chairman/ CEO/ Managing Director of the Organization about
the type and nature of Electro-mechanical works or supply including up-to-date
payment made to the Tenderer and the same is to be duly verified by the
concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/ area under whose
jurisdiction the work has been done.
b) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is: VRF Air cooler
system and One (01) No supply and/ or production capacity per year within last
05 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
Tenderer shall be Tk. 365.00 Lac (Three crore and sixty five lac).
d) The tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Contractory & Supervisory Licence from
Electrical Licensing Board Govt. of Bangladesh.
e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date income Tax clearance Certificate from the
NBR with TIN.
f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.
g) The Tenderer must have up-to-date trade license.
* Attested copies of documents mentioned above in Sl. No. a, b, d, e, f, g must be
submitted along with the tender.

19 a) The Tender Security shall be at the Tenderers option, be either in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay order or Bank
Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, PWD E/M Division-7, S. B. Nagar, Dhaka from any Scheduled Bank of
Bangladesh.
b) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders or annul the Tender Proceedings without
assigning any reason.
