TRY
ADRIAN MARTON, ROMANIA
Did you ever try to cry Did you ever try to stop
When all she told you was a lie? When you've reached the end of rope?
Did you ever try to talk Did you ever try to fly
When you felt like something's wrong? When they said you can't go high?
Did you ever try to leave Did you ever try to dream
When you were told not to believe? When you were stuck in a circular stream?
You should talk, you should leave, You should stop, you should dream,
You should cry, how about a simple try? You should fly, how about a simple try?

So I weared it.
I pretended it’s for me.
A SPIDER
ANNA EJME, POLAND
Some people are afraid of it; Is it possible to still breathe fresh air?
Others say – don’t be stupid. Spy here, spy there.
Is it dangerous? – people may ask. Some people are afraid of it
Answering that question is an endless task. Others say – don’t be stupid.
As it watches you on every step, Is it dangerous? – people still ask.
Approaching quickly, spreading the web Answering that question is an endless task.
EVERYWHERE So when it comes and spread its web
Spy here, spy – there. sight you may lose and feel the threat
Instantly Keep breathing, keep breathing
Instantly with the fresh air.
Insta… Spy here, spy there.

IT'S MY PIE!
- CONTINUATION -
This is so absurd My fingers feel the softness.
“Hey, please share the ton!” Can’t wait to put it in my mouth,
“C’mon you’ve enough for everyone” So it just has to go down south.
“Ok, you won!” Before I can take the first bite,
I give them some My man is already in line
Even though… With a bright smile to shine.
It’s my gum. “Oh, that’s my favourite one!”
Expecting me my treasure to share.
I’m dressing up for a party, choosing what to wear How could he dare?
Really nothing suits me, so I start to swear. I wish I could shout instead of lie:
My roommate rushes in, with her carefree look It’s my pie!
Grabbing my red dress, rushes out like brook.
“May I borrow the dress” – asks the little lark, It’s my pie
Although I cannot hear the question mark. And it’s great, however
I’m not wearing it, nevertheless…. Ain’t gonna share it never
It’s my dress. I just want to eat it by myself.
IT’S MY PIE.
I’m coming home My blood sugar is going high-way
From a hard day at work Like people say I’m getting larger
Thinking, my boss is a jerk. I just want to eat it anyway
I open the wrapper IT’S MY PIE.
Leaning calmly back,
Ready to attack.
