    To whom it may concern,

    In the time that I have had the honor of knowing Ms. Rossiter, I have been

    blown away by her heart for people and her overall character. In difficult

    moments when most people would fold under pressure, Ms. Rossiter has

    shown incredible patience and resilience. She is always looking at the bigger

    picture and makes sure those around her do so as well. She has shown that she

    is more concerned with the well being of others and helping them reach their

    goals. To me that is a true example of a selfless-leader. I can honestly say my

    life has been impacted by simply watching Ms. Rossiter live out all that is

    within her.
