    PRAIRIE VIEW THUNDERHAWKS MEN’S BASKETBALL

    FORTITUDE INTELLECT ENERGY


    2018/2019 PLAYER/PARENT CONTRACT

    1. Student-Athletes are expected to attend every class, every day. Unexcused absences
    will NOT allow participation in practice and games.

    2. Student-Athletes are expected to have A’s, B’s, and C’s. D’s and F’s will result in less
    practice and less game time, even if the Student-Athlete is “eligible.”

    3. Student-Athletes are expected to be respectful to ALL students, teachers, and staff, in


    every class, every day. Student-Athletes are expected to participate in every class, every
    day. ANY form of report from teachers and/or school staff that violates this, will result in
    less practice and less game time.

    4. Student-Athletes are expected to conduct themselves with the highest of class in the
    community and any other place outside the Prairie View High School Campus.

    5. Student-Athletes are expected to conduct themselves with the highest of class on ANY
    Social Media Account they may have.

    6. Student-Athletes are expected to take this opportunity seriously and do their very
    best to take care of their bodies at ALL times, including hydrating, stretching, resting,
    and staying in shape.

    7. Student-Athletes are expected to “Put Others Over Self.”
