On the order of the day there is the civil action introduced by plaintiff GRUNBAUM
AUGUSTIN, residing in Israel 20100 Carmiel Happahim 66/30, with mailing address in Oradea,
37 Mihai Eminescu Street, assisted by lawyer Kun L. against defendant GRUNBAUM
ELISABETA, residing in Oradea, 36 Bumbacului Street bl. X42 ap.20, for divorce.

In the name of the Law the Court

DECIDES:

Admits the civil action submitted by plaintiff GRUNBAUM AUGUSTIN, with mailing
address in Oradea, 37 Mihai Eminescu Street, against the defendant GRUNBAUM
ELISABETA, residing in Oradea, 36 Bumbacului Street bl. X42 ap.20, and thus
Decides the dissolution of the marriage celebrated by parties on 14.04.1986 in Oradea, on
ground of mutual fault.
The defendant shall take back the last name she had had before the marriage, that is the
name “SABAU”.
Grants custody of the underage children TIMEA-BRIGITTA, born 03.08.1983, and
GERGO-LEVENTE, born 04.06.1985, Oradea, to the plaintiff.
Obliges the defendant to pay the partial trial expenses in value of 50,000 Lei.
An appeal may be placed within 30 days after its communication.
Pronounced in the public meeting of 2nd March 1998.
