Job and Task for past 4 weeks

1.Open piovan pump

- There were two piovan pumps running at one time.
- Essential because they supply raw materials to production.
- After the materials entered the production system, it was fed into injection molding
process.
- This company apply clean room concept, therefore the material was supplied directly
into hopper of injection molding machine.
- In this process the plastic was heated, converting it into a liquid. It was then forcibly
injected into a mold that was the inverse of the desired shape. After it had cooled, it
solidified and maintained its shape after the die was opened.
- No material means production needs to be delayed or stopped for a while, therefore it
is considered as a loss.
- This piovan machine will be checked by GM weekly on saturday.
- GM will be doing minor maintenance like clean the filter and check the presuure
according to their schedule as a preventive maintenance.

2. Remove algae from air conditioner.
- Occured when the air conditioner was being used for long time and different between
temperature outdoor with indoor was high.
- The algae caused the water flows out of the air conditioner, resulting water running
down along the walls and floors.
- Using portable compressor.

3. Fix door closer
- Use cordless driller.
- Oil was leaked from the cylinder and when oil was draining from the cylinder,
making it difficult for the user to control the cylinder.
- The door will swing freely and can be dangerous because the door might be slammed.
- Replaced the door closer with new one.
- Swung the door a few times to see how it closed and we can easily adjust the closing
speed of the door.

4. Change filter for AHU

- Changed filter at ground and second floor.
- Both savier and dunham have 4 sizes which are (24”x24”x12” , 24” x 12” x12” ,
24”x24”x2” , 24”x12” x2”)
- For AHU, GM will doing the daily routine which is taking the reading for humidity and
temperature as the preventive maintenance.
5. Clean auto drain
- Auto drain to discharge water and oil as they were removed from the airflow during
the compression process.
- Eliminated the need for manually draining out air lines.
- Opened the auto drain from the the pipe.
- Removed the oil at the inner side of auto drain.

6. Setup the grille

- Took the grille from disposal area.

- Put the grille at the guard post
- Involved the use of many mechanical devices like rachet, grinder to cut the grill and
driller to make hole.

7. Take and write reading on check sheet compressor

- Observed, took and wrote the reading.

8. Painting yellow line

- I also had done something like painting the yellow line in front of HV,LV room and
nearby the guard post.
- Size : 4’ x 8’.
9. Visit mold room
- Observed the mold and mold cavity

10. Ping pong tournament

- I was assigned to make a mini Ping Pong tournament inside the company.

11. Visit sutures

- I was asked to take a look at the sterilizer machine.

12. Visit chiller rooftop

- Followed En Isa to observe the reading of chiller.
