Complaint Description : With reference to the complaint number W/SR/MAS/000442806, I have received a response that the parcel has reached the
destination and the complaint has been closed. But still the same is not updated in the online parcel tracking portal. Data
corresponding to Last unloading train no, last unloading station and last unloading date is empty in the portal. Also I haven't
received any information regarding the delivery until I raised a complaint. This is for your information and necessary action
