STEPS TO CONFIGURE PRINTER on Win10

Note: Please disconnect any VPN before printer installation. Laptop should
be connected to pwc SDC network (wired/Wi-Fi).
1. Click Start -> Type Devices and Printers and click on it from search results.
2. Click “Add a Printer” and click on “The printer that I want isn’t listed”.

3. Click on the radio button “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”
4. Enter the Printer IP address and uncheck the “Query the printer and automatically
select the driver to use” and click next.
Please refer last page of this document for IP details of relevant printer near you.

5. Select “HP” as manufacturer and select “HP Universal Printing PCL6” as Printers
and click next. In some cases this window will not be displayed and move to next
step.
6. Enter the Printer name and click next.

7. Printer installation in progress,would take 2-3 mins to complete.


8. Click on “Do not share this printer”

9. Click Finish.
