To apply for vacancies at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in the Philippines, applicants must submit the following documents by the indicated deadline: a cover letter citing the relevant job posting, a completed personal data sheet, original transcripts and certificates, and performance reviews from the past two years. DPWH

Applicants for any of the vacancies should include the following:

Covering Letter citing the Item No. as reference


Completed Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form No. 212)
Original or authenticated Transcript of Records
Authenticated copies of Certificates of Training and Certificate of Eligibility
Authenticated copies of Performance Appraisal Reports for the past two semesters (at least
“Very Satisfactory”)

The above documents should be sent, by mail or personal delivery, to the Personnel Division, DPWH
Central Office, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila. E-mail applications cannot be considered at this
time.

Applications with complete documents should be received on or before the indicated deadline (10
days from the first date of posting). Only candidates who are short listed will be contacted.
